This past week we were having pork chops and I decided they needed some type of marinade to add flavor. This marinade was perfect! They were tender, juicy and flavorful!
I was able to put the pork chops in a plastic bag with the marinade in the morning and then by dinner time they were ready to bake. I left them in the marinade about 6 hours, but you can leave them longer.
I also just wanted a little bit of texture not necessarily a breading which is why I mixed the bread crumbs into the marinade.
