This is one of my son’s favorite breads, I double the cinnamon/sugar topping which makes it even more amazing. I’m calling it a crumb bread because it will literally crumble on you due to the insane amount of cinnamon and sugar that falls in between the bread as it cooks.
One of the best parts about this is that you can switch out conventional flour for a gluten free baking mix or rice flour combination and it works just as well. After we bake this bread, our whole family spends the day scooping it up with our fingers and snacking on it. Seriously, it is delicious!
