Recently, I stumbled upon a very simple way to make dairy free chocolate mousse. This is WAY better than chocolate pudding and while it is a different taste, you’ll quickly fall in love with it. I’ve made it a million times and the key ingredient is A Taste of THAI Coconut Milk.
First, I must say that it is VERY important that the milk is not runny. The best way to do this is to open the can of coconut milk and put it in the refrigerator uncovered for a least one day or overnight. The thicker the milk becomes, the easier it is to work with. This recipe is variable depending on what you like and don’t like. Personally, I add more powdered sugar to give it a tangy taste. Any way you do it, it’s amazing!
