I am on a bread kick. Let’s just say, I’m craving my old wheat filled bread and really have been searching for bread goodness without the gluten. Every once in awhile you find those products that you know you will eat for the rest of your natural life. This is it. It’s right up there with chocolate. I put this on toast every single morning but I also add it into recipes where a hint of cinnamon would fit just perfectly.
With today’s banana bread, I decided to add some Sweet Cinnamon Spread and I’m telling you, it is AWESOME. As in, you’ll eat all of it before the day is finished because, well, let’s face it, we have no self control when it comes to amazing bread.
