My grandmother used to make cheesecake all the time and for some reason, a craving hit me this week like crazy. I thought it would be quite a challenge to make a cheesecake that was dairy and egg free, that kinda goes against the whole idea of “cheese” cake anyway. But, I got this!
After a few different experiments, I found this recipe to work very well and it tastes great too! This will be a great dessert for the upcoming holidays!
