Have you been to Panera recently? Well, they have these AMAZING cinnamon scones. The problem? They are not allergy friendly…at all. I googled myself crazy and found a great recipe then adapted that recipe to an allergy friendly version.
All you do is mix, roll up in a ball and flatten out but leave it rather thick. Then, I cut it with a pizza cutter before baking. Once it’s out, you simply top with icing. The whole thing is fairly easy and you can adjust to add more cinnamon or more icing if you wish, in fact, I probably would double the amount of icing I used for the next time.
