I am so excited about being asked to try out Tyson’s Gluten Free Grilled & Ready Chicken. I seem to find gluten when I least expect it, I’ve been floored to find it in other chicken and meat products now, I’m a label addict. And, since chicken is one of the easiest meats to digest, I’m a huge fan of gluten free chicken.
Many of you have read about some of my physical problems that I’ve been through over the last six months or so. After multiple trips to the hospital for incredible stomach pain, I found out I was gluten intolerant and had other stomach issues like IBS and bowel spasms. My diet has changed considerably but thanks to companies like Tyson and their Gluten Free Grilled & Ready Chicken, I can still enjoy delicious meals!
I spotted Tyson’s Grilled & Ready Gluten Free Chicken at Sam’s. Right now, Sam’s has some amazing demo opportunities featuring Tyson’s new product, the next demo dates are March 14th & March 15th. Be sure to check if your local Sam’s store is participating on this store list.
I decided to use the chicken in a loaded baked potato. For me personally, this is the safest thing for me to eat, I can tolerate it well. Plus, it’s safe for my son as well and his food intolerances. I simply start with a perfectly baked potato, all you have to do is wash it and dry it then cover the skin with olive oil, oil and pepper. Place it in the oven for about 40 minutes and it will come out steaming hot and amazing!
Aside from the Tyson Grilled & Ready Chicken being gluten free, it is also fully cooked! This means I don’t have to spend extra time grilling, I can pop a fillet into the microwave for a mere 2 minutes and have delicious, grilled, gluten free chicken!
For this baked potato, I used my favorite gluten free BBQ sauce but you can also make your own. Of course, I used the amazing Tyson Grilled & Ready Gluten Free Chicken then, I topped it with dairy free cheese. This is the real deal and it’s GOOD.
I have been eating baked potatoes every single day for four months now due to my health issues. I can’t tell you how excited I am to have a delicious, gluten free chicken that tastes much better than the chicken I had been making. It’s good & it’s so easy. I hope you try Tyson Grilled & Ready Gluten Free Chicken, be sure to also follow Tyson on Twitter and “like” Tyson on Facebook.
