The cooler weather over the weekend whispered pumpkin in my ear. I just had to find an allergy friendly pumpkin bread for our family. The only problem was that I could not get it to come out right, some were too dry but most were way too moist. Then, it happened.
It finally worked.
This recipe is adapted from Nancy Creative’s original recipe and made to be allergy friendly. I did change up a few of the amounts to lessen the moisture since we’re using applesauce instead of eggs.
