Have you noticed my love of strawberries? I do realize everyone has different allergies and some are allergic to strawberries. Keep in mind though, you can substitute this for any fruits. For example, you can make the salsa from apples, kiwi, raspberries or whatever else you love. Of course, you HAVE to make the cinnamon chips though, they are just flat out amazing.
I made the salsa first and let it sit overnight, that made the strawberries even sweeter. Trust me, you’ll be tempted to just stick a spoon in and start eating!
Once you have the salsa just right, you can start on the cinnamon chips. This did not even last 10 minutes in our house, it’s THAT good. Once you start, you can’t stop! Making them is super simple, I wish I would have realized this before today, I’ll probably be making them once a week!
