Ah, bread. For those of you who have been living with food allergies, you know the depth of nasty bread that’s out there. Gluten free breads have become better and better over time but bread that is gluten free, egg, dairy and nut free well, that’s a different story. I tried a new bread last week and I’m pretty convinced it is the descendent of some kind of styrofoam.
This led me on a search for bread, safe and GOOD bread that is actually worth eating. I found quite a few and I wanted to take the time to share them with you, if you have some to share feel free to post them!

Ohhhhhh…..thanks for the link to the pita bread. Before GF, I made pita bread OFTEN (like once a month, I think that’s often). After going GF haven’t even considered it! I just might make it this week!
