I love the taste of cream cheese icing and I just assumed there is no way I could make it for my son. However, the pumpkin season is upon us, I felt the need to figure out this whole cream cheese icing thing. I mean, what else am I going to put on pumpkin bread?
I used Tofutti Cream Cheese which is typically found at local health food stores and it worked perfectly. The recipe below is for plain dairy free cream cheese icing however, I will say I added a little cinnamon to it when I iced my pumpkin bread. YUMMY.
